226 immersion/insertion conductivity sensor

226 model is a solid heavy-gauge sensor molded in glass-filled PEEK (polyetheretherketone). Metal frame supports core rods and reinforces mounting axle, therefore sensor can easily withstand the extreme operating conditions. Large diameter means that the sensor is resistant to plugging and it is ideal for liquids with high content of suspended solids that can plug small opening in 228 model sensor. Large core rods of 226 sensor allow to measure lower conductivity levels than 228 sensor. Rosemount Analytical toroidal conductivity sensors are ideal for application in aggressive liquids or liquids with high content of suspended solids, where sensors with metal electrodes are exposed to corrosion or pollution. Toroidal conductivity sensors are also applicable for measurements in high-conductivity electrolytic solutions.
