Sensor shall be installed directly on the pipeline using mounting flanges. Installation of special earthing rings is not required since sensor is equipped with contact rings. All internal parts of the sensor are fixed with countersunk-head bolts. RTD can be easily inserted into one of the sensor contact rings. Installation of additional thermo or steam sleeve is not required. Temperature measurements are conducted at the same location as conductivity measurements.
Sensors are shipped with ANSI and DIN standard flanges designed for cut-in installation on pipelines 1, 1.5, 2, 3 and 4 inches in diameter (25, 40, 50, 80 and 100 mm). Durable sensor is made of chemically resistant materials. All these features make this sensor an ideal option for application in mining and metal processing industries.
242 model is resistant to flow rate and flow direction. Device not not prevent the flow of operating fluid. Sensor is durable and is made of chemically resistant materials. All these features make this sensor an ideal option for application in mining and metal processing, paper-making and chemical industries.
